Oh my goodness, your vet over vaccinated your poor little girl at the visit. Most Yorkie owners do not do Lepto unless you live in an area that is high with the disease and the same thought is about Lyme. To give all of these things at one time along with Bordetalla could put a big dog down.
Please in the future you really need to space out vaccinations on your little on and I would do more research on Lepto and Lyme...lots on info on YT about this.
