then a trainer had to bring the container of clickers of front so we could buy one. She talked for a verrrrrry long time about how to fix Ellie's problems (lol). She seems genuinely concerned, but then said maybe she needed one of their classes.
They all seem to pet without permission there too. Just because you are employees does not give you permission to pet my dog WHILE I AM HOLDING HER!!! without asking.
