I realize that sales reps get paid to be pushy and they are just trying to do their job like everyone else out there. However, they also drive me NUTS! I don't want to have to explain myself to some stranger about why I don't want to buy their food. And second...if I switched my dog's food up to try a sample, that's only going to upset her stomach.
