
i don"t get it either.i would not be able to function very well if this had happ.ened to yoshi. iknow petco must have a company headquarters that would be very concerned if they knew what had occured . i feel sure they want to project a more favorable image to pet owners everywhere in the country. they must have a customer service or public relations dept. that in this incidence should go all the way to the top. cathy and yoshi
