I am so very sorry for your loss and understand exactly what you are going through. We just recently (3 weeks ago) lost our 13 yr. old Pomeranian who we had since he was 10 weeks old. Still each day I catch myself thinking he needs to go out...or expect to see his bright little eyes looking up at me for a treat.
