How long have you had her? My boy stopped piddling at like a year and then started again after he was 2 years old, he piddled out of excitement or fear on the floor, on people, especially with my brothers, they would reach out to him and he'd come towards them wagging his tail and PEEING the entire way! LOL He did outgrow that stage in about 2 months so maybe she just needs more time with you and in your house and getting used to your routine before she becomes more outgoing and stops piddling.
