My breeder has a friend who is a retired flight attendant - and the breeder includes IN CABIN transport w/ all the prices of her dogs. She is a show breeder, and her dogs are way more reasonable than you'd think - and like I said, includes flight w/ a person.
I know other breeders who use airline employees or retired airline folks too, so maybe look into this angle?
