I've taken Addie to the Omni before, and they charged $100. I paid the cost just because I didn't want to have to go through the trouble of sneaking her in. Plus, I didn't want to have to worry about someone catching me while I was taking her potty. Addie is a cute little girl, like all our babies are, and, in my opinion, they're memorable.
Also, if she barked or anything like that (which she hardly ever does) and someone complained, the hotel would know there was supposed to be a pup there.
Overall, it was just less stress for me.
Is it possible for you to just go to a hotel that charges less? Some hotels don't charge at all. Some will do it where all or most of the deposit is refundable. Four star or higher hotels just tend to charge more for everything.
