My puppy was flown from Missouri to Michigan with a service that my breeder uses in such cases. Goggle Pet Air for all the info. They fly show dogs and pets around the world. PM me if you would like to speak to or email my breeder regarding this service she recommends. I know there are a lot of people with a lot of opinions about this that I won't get into but when it is necessary Pet Air is a great solution.
