You're right. That's exactly what I told the lady on the phone when she said that followed by "Who do you think you're kidding?" We are staying at a Wyndham resort in Orlando in 3 weeks that normally charges a $50 non-refundable deposit and when I told reservations I had a 5 lb Yorkie they said not to worry about it.
