 Fellow Apartment dweller
My husband and I live in a two bedroom apt in a very large community. My little Lola doesn't bark unless she is left alone for a long period of time. Luckily, my husband and I work at home so she is very rarely left by herself. I would just try to talk with your neighbor and be as friendly as possible. The apt above us constantly has loud music playing and people running around so we basically made a pact, we wont make a fuss if they don't. |
