Cindy no not more to the story the laws in Quebec for puppymill stuff are funky. We have a puppy going there better your tail end it is going no breeding with fines in the contract.
This is not the first time that a dog owners got a dog out of a mill from there and had things go very wrong for them the one did win and they are workng on this one.
But we have to be very careful as to what we say right now about another Canadain on line.. Good thing someone is not.
