Quedec laws are messed up around puppymills.
Just cause the laws allow abuse does not mean we want quebec to leave the counrty. We that do work in mill stuff would like the province to change the laws and protect the inocent dogs. that is all.
As for the politoca crude who cares just fix the laws so dogs do not suffer.
