I just brought Sasha (20weeks old) to her first Confirmation Class sponsored by the Acadiana Kennel Club. At first, she was very intimidated by all of the other dogs. They were mostly bigger. She was the last in line on her first go around. At first she kinda tugged on the lead not wanting to follow the other dogs. She was terrified of the table. She did not like the lady touching her. After 40 minutes of training, she picked up her tail and pranced like she owned the place. She sort of adjusted to having a dog behind her will going around the ring. She stood still on the table. We still have to work on strangers touching her. I also need to study the procedure to "stack" a Yorkie. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
