I don't care what has happened to him or what could possible make anyone think that it's ok to act that way, there is no excuse for it. If you can pass yourself off as a healthy and normal (socially) individual day to day, and just feel the need to act out on public television, that is your own fault, and nothing that is not under your control.
I hate victim mentalities more than just about anything else, so if he ever tried to use that one, it wouldn't fly for me. I've been a victim of plenty of injustices in my life, physical and emotional, that does not excuse anyone to not be accountable for their own actions.
