It all depends on what you're feeding. Read the instructions on the can or bag. It will give recommendations as to the amount to feed per size dog, taking into consideration the nuritional content in the food itself. Each brand may be slightly different. Start there, and then monitor your dog's behavior. If he still seems hungry after a meal, you may have to increase the amount slightly. If he acts like he has no energy, he may need more food. If he acts normal, that's fine. If he gains too much weight, decrease the amount fed. Hope this helps.
