I would definitely say not to use that groomer any more.

Also, you could call the groomer and let them know what you found. I don't know what the regulations are for groomers, but this is one main reason why I prefer to do the grooming myself. They may say that he picked it up somewhere else, but IMO, I think I would call them and tell them.
