It was recommended to me by one of the postal workers who did my route. He said it works (its what they carry)... and while I thankfully have never had to use it I do carry it on my walks.

That's a great tip thanks!!! I will be moving to a big suburban neighborhood in six months and I know some people let their dogs out even when they aren't suppose to. And some do get out from the back yard accidently. Where my fiance lives there are a lot of BIG dogs lovers.
