He's already diagnosed as diabetic and wears an insulin pump. I know if he would watch the carbs he wouldn't have to use so much insulin but the hospital tells him the carbs don't matter...eat what he wants and adjust his insulin dose to correct the sugar levels. Seems it would be easier and healthier on him to watch the carbs...or...do I have it backwards?
