yes, I have a camera on my phone, that was what I was planning on doing. I live in a very small town, we do have animal control here. I thought since the manager was there, I ought to speak to her, and let her deal with them. She agreed that it was way too cold for a pup to be outside all night. Pissed me off that nobody else did anything about it. I live accross the street and heard the baby screaming all night, I do not beleive for an instant that noboby else heard
