Thats so wrong.. you know what they probably got this puppy and maybe the puppy was crying a lot and they didnt want to listen to it so they locked it outside for the night... I mean why else would they do that!!
I could nevvvvvvvvvvver do that to anything living!! Thats horrible.. Poor Poor chi..and you know the sad thing is treatment to this chi will get worse, if they have the mind to do that what else will they do??
