I used to walk at least 5 miles a day if not 10 but I'm in the market for a new walking partner since my husband's knee can't take that much anymore.
carb turns into sugar; and insulin is neede to lower blood sugar; thus when insulin increase too high to the point where it can't lower the blood sugar to the normal levels; that is what determines diabetes.
