I can't believe they would breed a 3 pound female. Did you actually see the parents? You should never buy a puppy without going to the breeders home first. Anyway, my Razael was 3 pounds at 7 months also, and by the time she was 18 months old, she was 6 pounds. You just never know what size they will end up, and neither does the breeder.
