I see your in Toronto. I am in Windsor and I know there is a city bylaw that states two dogs per household. You may have a hard time convincing them but perhaps it may work. Personally I wouldn't put myself into a situation like that again and I definitely wouldn't be getting any more dogs because what will you do if they do not accept what you have to say and give you an eviction notice? Many rental places don't want dogs, especially more then one. I know even as far as Chatham is the 2 dogs per household so I think it may be all of Ontario? Unless you can apply for a kennel licence or something that allows more dogs. Sorry your neighbors are being jerks. I know someone who just had this problem and had to rehome two of four dogs. It is a sad situation! |
