Exactly. It's not a "weight loss" product, just a sugar replacement. I use Stevia all the time and LOVE it. I get it online at Omni Supplements, bc you can buy big jars at great prices (rather $$$ in the stores).

Like said above, Stevia is one of the few "fake sweeteners" which does NOT elevate your blood sugar, which is key.
