I think his age has a lot to do with it. I do not think that once they have an accident in the house that it is all over from there. Winston has had plenty of accidents in the house...but he is a puppy(16 weeks) and that is what they do. Have you been cleaning up, where there have been accidents, with vinegar? They won't smell their scent if you do that. Just be consistent with the potty training and they catch on eventually. Hang in there and good luck!
