Did you do a gradual transition or start her on the new diet all at once? I know a lot of people will say that you can make a complete switch to raw with no transition period but I don't think this is right for all cases. This works fine for some pups but others NEED time to transition. With the hard poo, it sounds like maybe her system needs more time to adjust.
