I like bio-groom also. It makes them so soft and they smell so good!!! I have never used a blow dryer, but they do get cold so easily. They know bath time is time to cuddle. They both have their own beach towel and after bath I cuddle them up in their towel until they are almost dry then brush them out. They are easy to brush out with hardly any tangles. I use the bio-groom silk conditioner after the bio-groom oatmeal shampoo, that probably helps with the tangles.( send email to
