this happened to me years ago with my chow. i was home most all day every day and i still had this one lady picking on me, saying he was barking loudly and stuff that was NOT happening. turns out, some people just don't like you or dogs in general, especially when you are dealing with an apt. building, as i was to. turns out, this 'stranger' i didn't even know, just was looking to start trouble, it's sad and bizarre even, for people to act this way, but it happens, and if you know it's not the case, chances are the minimul barking is being heavilly played up by this person FOR SOME reason, if not just to upset you, don't ask, i don't understand it, i just know it can happen, or they are hearing a different dog and blaming yours. you would know how much your own dog is barking. it stinks to me, just my opinion.
