Doesn't sound very good, and I'd call the Vet. to find out what you should do. They may want to see if they can get a stool sample to check for parasites. Hopefully there isn't any pesticides in the grass he's eating. Don't feed him anything right now, but make sure he has fresh water, then see if you can't get him in the Vets. office today and if not, call other Vets. till you find one that can take him. Keep us informed.
