that came at specific days and times, I could tell by their parked Cars.
After about a year they had a Litter of 3 puppies so I had 5 Yorkies @ one time, it was a good opportunity to "Socialize" them w/other Dogs. My Pack only played w/small Dogs that they knew, but my poor Artie & Abigail were very protective and nervous wrecks when it came to larger Dogs. They never started a Fight but they are fearless, so it made me feel like they always had to defend themselves. So for the sake of their Safety and my Peace of mind
I don't take them anymore! I also hated that nasty Pee smell and how dirty they always got, they would always find a puddle to run through or roll in the stinkiest pile of leaves. IMO Dog Parks are for people who don't want to take the time to actually Walk/Exercise their Dogs, they just let them run wild
and attack others w/o even correcting them? Even though they have sighn's
posted every where w/the rules there is NO one there to enforce them.
The last straw for me was when they "Closed" it for few days b/c some one brought a puppy in w/o any vaccinations and it ended up w/Parvo! Now they have stricter rules but again no one is around to enforce them.
agree 100%
