I recently had the same choice. But two males. One was 1.1 lbs and the other was 9oz. I chose the larger one, only because I was too afraid of the smaller one. According to the weight chart the one pound girl will weigh only 2 lbs full grown. It doesn't even have a smaller weight for 12 weeks. Are you sure you want that small of a dog. You will never be able to play with it, and you will always be worried about her getting hurt.
