I took Harley to the groomer this weekend and I am sooooo disappointed with his haircut (to say the least). I was actually in shock when I saw him and didn't know what to say. I almost cried on the way home. I keep telling myself that it will grow back out but I think its going to take FOREVER....he is almost shaved! He looks like a big rat

(SIGH). He had only been to this groomer once before just for a trim and he looked really cute that time so I figured I would take him back again since it is so close to home and super convenient. Maybe its PARTIALLY my fault....I did ask that she cut his body short because he has had so many mats and tangles lately and he doesn't like for me to brush him but I told her that I wanted to leave his face as full as possible to where it didn't look funny with his short coat. Well she completely shaved his top knot off, ears shaved (yes, completely gone) his fur is about 1/2 inch long all over (if that). He is a blue and tan Yorkie but now that he is shaved he looks almost white. You would not even recognize him as a Yorkie. I'm at a loss...there is nothing I can do but wait for it to grow back. I'm just so disappointed right now.
