She still has plenty of time to grow. Mine stopped growing around the 9-12 month mark but others have posted theirs continued to grow til 2 years old. If your baby has been sick, then it is normal for them to not grow as much. They are putting their growth energy into just getting well. Once she is well, you may see her take off and grow more. I hope so. The 2 pound babies can be very stressful due to injury and illnesses being more prevalent.

I have never heard anyone say they thought a 6 month old Yorkie pup was done growing. It could be possible not to grow anymore, but not probable. I have a 6 month old male and I am expecting him to continue to grow. He is almost as big as his father now, but since he was born larger and larger at every step so far, I am feeling pretty sure he will wind up a little larger than dad.
