Tanner, the Lab/Terrier mix did get annoyed and was trying to nip him it looked like. He was going at it strongly too. The Shih Tsu sits there and takes it, but the owners are elderly and don't know what to do. Their son got them the dog so they would excerise since his Dad wouldn't after surgery. It worked.

Long story short, the reason I won't neuter him is because when I neutered a cat he quit breathing during surgery and was left blind, couldn't meow, etc. I was a wreck and had no choice but to put him to sleep. That is the first time that happened to this Vet.
