With the "stink" some people make about having other people's dogs occasionally end up needing to go potty on their lawn this kind of thing does not surprise me. There are quite a few people in my vicinity who have literally come out of their homes to harass me on occasion because the presence of my dog means possible dog poo - and its unacceptable (no matter how well I clean it up, and even though neither Winston nor my feet have even left the sidewalk.) Its not as if we purposefully try and use other people's lawns as pottys... but it happens.
They would love for there to be a law requiring me to use one of these!
Whatever floats people's boats I guess...
