I feed my 5 1/2 old Charlie Eagle Pack holistic select for small breed puppies. It's great. Only drawback is that it isn't sold at the "big box" pet stores (ex PETCO and Petsmart). But I really like what is done for his coat, his smarts, his overall health. I mix it with a little bit of wellness puppy wet food in the mornings.
