I tried it before. It works, you basically flush all the fat down the toilet. But beware, you will need to clean your toilet often if you still are eating too much fat, and ppl coming over to your house will know your secret. LOL

Also at close to $70 a bottle, it doesn't make sense to me anymore. I stopped taking it about 1 1/2 years ago. I've put back on about 10-15 pounds.
