if it is foam it is bile. This means her tummy is empty and that is why she is throwing up. Layla used to do this nightly. now we give her a snack right before bed (around 10, 10:30) of pure plain yogurt and baby food fruit. This gives her just a bit of something in her tummy and keeps her from throwing up.
