Madison would only eat Ceasers when we first brought her home (they do have a puppy kind), however, I dont know how healthy giving her just ceasars is...
now we give her eukanuba in the morning (she wouldnt eat it at first, but now she knows that is all she is getting) so that she gets some dry food, and we give her "mighty dog" at night (she is fully grown at 3.5 lbs, so we give her about half a can). my vet highly recommends mighty dog as opposed to ceasars and she loves it - and we have tried other canned foods besides ceasers and mighty dog is the only one she will eat...

ALSO, you mentioned she gets diarrhea with some foods, have you tired using pedialite? we mix a couple tablespoons of pedialite into her water and she hasnt had a problem since!
