All Biewers can be traced back to the original breeders, Gertrud and Werner Biewer.

Parti's do not follow a standardard. Biewers have white on all 4 legs, tip of the tail (and their tails are not docked) and 3 colors in the face. Those who breed parti's are breeding a variation of color that cannot be shown in any ring. Biewers are shown in 3 rare breed venues.
Not sure what point your trying to make here?

Both the Parti and the Biewer ARE the same dog.. they are BOTH a tri colored Yorkshire Terrier.. that's it.. sooo simple. They have developed differently because there was a focus in Germany to perfect a specific look by Mr. Biewer.. that has not/was not the focus here in the states.. here these beautiful dogs were hidden or petted out or worse.. they are just starting their journey here and don't have the benifit of the 26+ years the Biewers have yet. I'm sure the breeders who are focusing on the Parti's dream the same dreams many of us have for our Biewers.. they hope one day to be "accepted" and to be able to hold their heads up high and be shown in the ring on equal footing with their stunningly beautiful yorkie brothers as a variety of a Yorkshire Terrier. The AKC is full of examples where this has happened in the past .. who knows ... the "underworld" could freeze over? LOL
