I am so confused about this still
Are people listed as dog breeders on the USDA list, or are their names just on it for being a USDA premises? I am required to have a USDA premise number for our goats for 4-H. No livestock can touch fairgrounds without an eartag or chip with their USDA number. We also cannot sell a baby goat without it having our tag as well for disease tracking purposes in the event of a breakout of a disease. Does that mean I am on the list too? Is there a specific dog area so I am not classified with puppymillers??
