I run a fan at night and it seems to work. I don't know if this will work, but keep spraying water at your dog's face, but don't say a word. If you say something, that's better than nothing to your dog. I know when I have Sydney in her crate, I only let her out if she's not barking, I don't speak, and I walk away. She's learned to settled down quickly or else I won't let her out. Perhaps your dog is bored at night and hyper sensitive to sounds outside. My brother actually was told by a trainer to mix a little vinegar in the water and spray it in her mouth. His dog still barks, but she at least smells like a pickle now lol. What doesn't work for someone may work for someone else, though. I know my Sydney sleeps with me so if I told you to stop doing this, I would be telling myself the same thing. For being only 14 weeks, she can hold off going outside until morning. She's been doing this since day one when I brought her home three weeks ago. Let us know how it goes.
