I was one of those who read your original post and didn't respond. My Yorkie will be 8 months old the latter part of the month and I had no advice to give!
I assure you, I did read your post with concern for your pup but my time online is limited now and I didn't take the time to reply. I wanted you to know though that you were being thought of!
Great news to hear that your puppy is better. I never saw his name so I can't be more personal in my response. Anyway, I hope things continue to improve during the day. Sounds like his "exploring" outside might have led him into something that didn't agree with him.
