And it does not end there because not only did she replace our puppy, but she gave us the "pick of the litter" and she insisted that we take the most premium puppy she had. Then she offered to take care of the puppy for a few more weeks if it would be easier for us. That is what I call excellent service.
My wife and I had the pleasure to meet with this lady and she is a true lady, with class. She cares about her animals and she cares about her customers. We are very happy and grateful that she has gone above and beyond to make sure that we got a second chance at raising one of her little angels.

no one should be sold a puppy so small it doesn't survive. I noticed you posted this numerous time - that tells me that you may want people to read only good things
I hope everyone reads the WHOLE thread before making a decision to buy from these people and as with any breeder - research them !
