Yeah, it's awful
The only way I'd ever give up my babies would be if I were to become homeless, or couldn't care for them properly for some other reason, health or financial. It kills me, all the rehome ads on Craigslist, of people saying that their new place doesn't allow pets
There are plenty of rentals that do allow pets, it's just an excuse for them
I wish all pet-owners felt how we do about our babies. They ARE babies to me, and I'd no more give them up than I would one of my skin-kids.
