 Carrots and Yorkies
Well, I'm not an authority,but I have given my Yorky carrots before and had no problems with runny stools,(or any other gastric problem) from them. A friend,(with several Yorkies) gives her dogs carrots and she mentioned it helped clean their teeth too. Whether it is true?
I give my dog a small finger sized pre-shaved carrot once in a great while so it won't be too many extra calories and sugar for her.
All Yorkies are different, just like people though and maybe some can't tolerate raw vegies very well.
But as suggested by others in here, a young dog should have a vet visit, just to make sure they are not suffering from something more serious or may become dehydrated or worse.
