Hi...I have yorkies and shih-tzu's and never had the problem ya'll are having. You have to be very consistant. You should be taking them out to potty every 1/2 to 1 hour. I rewarded them with very tiny treats when they would potty...that is the only time they got treats.
A friend of mine uses the new bell thingy....it is really working for her puppy. So neat! Maybe try that. |
