I had bought a bag of TOTW for Jackson not too long ago but he barely ate it. It's funny, he LOVED the little kibbles when I got the sample bags in the mail so I went out and bought a bag (luckily, it was only around $10) but suddenly, he wasn't interested. I had to mix it in a lot with wet food and make sure all the kibbles had some wet food on it in order for him to eat it. Plus, hearing all this ethoxyquin stuff kind of worries me.
So anyways... three days ago, we started Nature's Variety Instinct and he LOVES it! More than ANY kibble that he's ever eaten or tried. It's very good for them too. Protein is about 35% so it's still up there but not quite as high as the Orijen's or Evo's so I like that. He's really really loving it and I'm hoping this is a food we will stick with for a while. |
