I really didnt know where to post this but I figured this would be the right place
My Laci got spayed a month and a half ago.. I asked the vet if she would remove her dew claws to prevent any accidents happening later on, she WOULD NOT... she said it is or can be very very painful at this age and that they would be " fine" as she put it..
She is supposed to be the BEST vet around , very skilled in Yorkies and comes highly recommended? Did I make a mistake, should I have insisted on it?
I have read several posts on here that people are getting dew claws removed at spay or neuter just wondering why she was so against it if other vets on here do it???
